Admission Services
Holistic Elevation is a safe, supportive place for adults who need extra help with their mental health or difficult life experiences. Our caring team is here to guide you, help you heal, and support you as you build a stronger, more hopeful future.
At Holistic Elevation, we believe that healing is a journey, and no one should have to walk that path alone. We are proud to announce the expansion of our Mental Health Day Treatment Program, designed to provide intensive, compassionate care for adults navigating complex mental health challenges.
For those who need more support than traditional outpatient therapy but wish to remain integrated within their community, our program offers a bridge to stability and renewed purpose.
About the Day Program
This program is designed for adults aged 18 and older who are looking for a safe, structured environment to rebuild. Whether you are stepping down from a higher level of care or need extra support to avoid hospitalization, we are here to walk alongside you. Our program provides over 20 hours of clinically intensive programming per week, Monday through Friday. We focus on a comprehensive biopsychosocial approach to address both immediate emotional stabilization and long-term growth.
Our day treatment program provides intensive support for your mental health. It offers more care than weekly therapy, but you get to go home at the end of each day. This program is a great option if you need extra support after leaving a hospital or if you need a higher level of care than traditional therapy. Our program is Monday through Friday to participate in individual and group therapy, receive medication support, and join healing activities.
Our expert clinical team specializes in:
-
Individual & Group Counseling: Tailored sessions for personal insight and support.
-
Specialized Trauma Support: Evidence-informed interventions for PTSD, complex trauma, and grief.
-
Medication Management: Ongoing psychiatric monitoring to support quality of life.
-
Family Dynamics: Addressing generational cycles to heal the whole support system.
Who we help:
We help adults (18+) facing tough mental health challenges, including:
-
Mood and Anxiety: Help with depression, anxiety, and emotional struggles.
-
Trauma Recovery: Specialized support for healing from difficult past experiences.

The Day Program Admission Process
How to Get Started
We accept referrals from doctors, mental health professionals, family members, or yourself for our day treatment programs. You do not need to be referred by a professional to join.
Steps to Join
The process to join our treatment programs for adults, teens, and children includes the following steps.
STEP 1
Learn About the Program
The Informational Call
Call us to talk about how we can help you.
We want to make sure our program is right for you. To join, you must be ready to work on getting better. This means you agree to take your medicine, go to therapy, and practice new skills.
STEP 2
Check the Financial Estimate Costs
The Insurance and Payment Estimate
We work with many insurance plans, but insurance usually doesn't pay for everything. We will help you understand the costs early on.
Usually, the person joining cannot be the one who pays. Our staff will email the person paying the bills. They will get an estimate of what insurance covers and what they must pay. This must be settled before you start.
STEP 3
Admissions Assessment & Interview
The Admissions Meeting
You will have a 1 to 2 hour interview in person or by phone. We will ask about your health and past treatments. For teens, we also talk to parents for 30 minutes. Afterward, our team will decide if you can join.
Teens must show they have had all their shots (vaccinations) before they can start. A doctor must sign this record.
STEP 4
Onsite Health Tests
Covid and Flu Testing
When you arrive, a nurse will test you for Covid and the flu. If you are sick, you must go home and wait until a doctor says you are healthy before you can return.
